The Keystone Industrial Port Complex site has an extensive onsite Storm water collection system. This system is owned and maintained by USS. Primary Storm Sewer lines range in size from 30" to 96" and they flow to the river through a series of open canals (dashed lines). The system has adequate capacity to provide Storm sewer capability to significant amounts of development.
